I'm an executive coach and consultant. Thirty years into a career in leadership, including time as a Chief Exec in the non-profit sector, and these days most of my work is one to one coaching with purpose-driven leaders. I still take on the occasional consultancy project, and I speak on leadership, equity, and what it actually takes to build cultures where people can be encouraged to do their best work.
