How I use your details

When you send an enquiry through my contact form, you’re sharing your details with me, Lucy Caldicott, trading as ChangeOut, registered in England and Wales No. 11659977 as ChangeOut Ltd, registered office address: Highdown House, 11 Highdown Road, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV31 1XT

I’m registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, and I want you to know exactly what happens to what you send.

What I collect

Whatever you type into the form: your name, your email address, the organisation you work for if you mention it, and anything you tell me about what you’re looking for.

Why I collect it

Only to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to arrange that work. I don’t add you to my newsletter or any other mailing list unless you ask me to, and I never sell or share your details for marketing.

Who sees it

Only me. The form runs on Google Forms, so Google stores your answers on my behalf.

How long I keep it

If we don’t end up working together, I delete your enquiry after 12 months. If we do, I keep it for as long as I need to for the work and for my records.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see what I hold about you, correct it or delete it. Use the contact form and put “data request” at the start of your message.

Changes

If I change this notice, the new version will appear on this page.
